Final Forms: The district is partnering with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic/activity participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. Additional information and links to register can be found below.

Ticketing: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limited on the number of spectators allowed at sporting events.  This year we will be giving our athletes, band members, and cheerleaders a limited number of vouchers for them to give to their family and loved ones. If you have not received a ticket from a student athlete, band member, or cheerleader, you will not be permitted into the event – NO EXCEPTIONS.  You will NOT be charged for the ticket when you arrive at the event.  Soccer and cross country are currently the only events that we allow general admission (you don’t need a ticket), all other events require a ticket for entry.  TICKET POLICY
